Vladimir Kim was born in 1960, he graduated from Alma-Ata Architectural Institute in 1982, specialty of Civil Engineer. He holds MBA degree and received his PhD in Business and Administrative Management in USA in 1998. Mr.Kim carried out training courses in sphere of Economics in Korea, Germany and Switzerland. Candidate of Technical Sciences.
In 1995, Mr. Kim was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PA Zhezkazgantsvetmet. He was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of PA Zhezkazgantsvetmet in 2000.
In 2005, Mr.Kim was elected the Chairman of Board of Directors of Kazakhmys Group, first Kazakhstani Company, listed its shares on London Stock Exchange.
For the period of 2005 to May, 2013, Mr.Kim was holding the position Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kazakhmys Corporation LLC. Currently, he holds the position of President of Kazakhmys Holding LLC.
Eduard V. Ogay

Eduard Ogay was born in 1969. In 1998 he graduated from the Kazakh State Agrarian University, specializing Economist Manager and received professional retraining at:
the Moscow State Mining University;
at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (Institute of Business Administration) on the program of "Open Pit Mining" (2003-2004).
on the program of "Economics and Finance Director" (2003-2004) at the National University of Mineral Resources "Mining" (St. Petersburg) on the program "Modern technologies of ore preparation, dressing and hydrometallurgy of minerals" (2015).
Mr. Ogay joined Kazakhmys Group in 2001 as Director of Marketing and International Relations, since 2005 - Director of Corporate Development.
In 2006, Mr. Ogay was appointed the Chairman of Board of Kazakhmys Corporation LLC - the main subsidiary of the Group.
Currently Mr.Ogay is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Kazakhmys Holding LLC and the Chairman of Board of Directors, Kazakhmys Corporation LLC.
Adilet Nazarbayevich Barmenkulov
Director of Kazakhmys Smelting LLC
In 1993 Adilet Barmenkulov graduated from the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi with a degree in Applied Mathematics, where he began his career. In 1995 he became a Director of the Physics and Mathematics School Tamos-Education CJSC. In 2000 he joined Centre of Expertise and Certification of Oil and Petroleum Products as a Chief Financing Officer (CFO). In 2003 he was the Head of the Society of Legal Entities, Taimas Association.
In 2007 he was appointed Chairman of the Committee of Transport Control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
His career at Kazakhmys Corporation began in 2013 as the Head of Equipment and Material Procurement Board of the Trade House. From October of 2014 Adilet Barmenkulov held the position of Commercial Director of Kazakhmys Corporation LLC and Kazakhmys Holding LLC. Currently he is the Director of Kazakhmys Smelting LLC.
Vladimir Viktorovich Dzhumanbayev

Vladimir V. Dzhumanbayev was born in 1973. In 1994 he graduated from Kazakh State Management Academy majoring in Marketing and Commerce, qualified as an Economist.
Mr. Dzhumanbayev started his career in 1994. Over the different periods he held positions from a Leading Specialist to General Director in various companies.
Since 2006 he worked as a Finance Director of Kazakhmys Corporation LLC.
Over the period of 2006-2018 Vladimir V. Dzhumanbayev worked in Kazakhmys Corporation LLC as a Vice-Chairman of the Board for financial and economic matters, Vice-Chairman of the Board for Corporate Development, Managing Director for East Kazakhstan, the Commercial Director, and the Director for Strategic Development.
Currently, Vladimir V. Dzhumanbayev holds the office of the Managing Director of the Fuel and Energy Complex – member of Kazakhmys Holding LLC Executive Body (Board of Directors).
Galym Zhumabayevich Nurzhanov
General Director of Kazakhmys Barlau LLC.
Galym Zhumabayevich Nurzhanov was born on December 11, 1980 in Zhezkazgan. He graduated from Zhezkazgan University named after S. N. Baikonurov with a degree in Underground Mining of Mineral Deposits, Y. A. Buketov Karaganda State University, Faculty of Economics, Sergo Ordzhonikidze Russian State University for Geological Prospecting in General Geology.
He started his professional career in 1999 as a shaft man in Kazakhmys Corporation LLС. From 2002 to 2004, he worked in the Subsurface Management Department of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and over the next two years - as an industrial expert for Astana branch of TOO Dzet Group.
Since February to October 2006, Mr. Nurzhanov was an Executive Director of TOO Raising Star Ltd.
In 2007, Galym Zhumabayevich started working in Saryarka NC Social Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC as the General Manager and later as the Director of the Department for Subsoil Use. In 2010-2011 he worked as the Deputy Chairman of the Board in Ushger JSC Mining and Chemical Company in Shymkent.
In 2011, he rejoined Saryarka Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation as the Managing Director.
In 2012, Mr. Nurzhanov became Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board of Kazgeologiya National Geological Exploration Company JSC, and since April 10, 2013, he has been Chairman of the Management Board of Kazgeologiya National Geological Exploration Company JSC.
In 2018, Mr. Nurzhanov was appointed the General Director of Kazakhmys Barlau LLC.
Currently, Galym Zhumabayevich is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Zhas Geologist Corporate Fund, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Industrial Geological Organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the leader of the industry managers’ team for geological exploration within El Úmiti programme.
He was awarded with the following state awards: Astana 20 Zhyl jubilee medal, Yeren Enbegi Ushin medal and a medal devoted to K.I. Satpayev 120 years anniversary.
